Acceptance of Terms:

By using the websites, services, or making purchases through Lovella Jewelry LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please note, these Terms do not apply to the engagement ring collection unless specifically stated otherwise. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

User Account:

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Lovella Jewelry. The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Sharing your account with others is prohibited. Should you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances. Lovella Jewelry reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as unauthorized or altered use of a promotion, errors in pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and refund any payment made.

Shipping and Returns:

Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, excluding holidays. We offer various shipping options, including free shipping for eligible purchases. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding final sale items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Special Offers:

Products purchased under promotional offers must include any promotional gifts when returned. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. All promotions and offers are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice at Lovella Jewelry’s discretion.

 

Gift Cards:

Lovella Jewelry gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards are only redeemable for purchases made online within the United States.

Warranty and Liability:

Lovella Jewelry guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. However, we are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, except as expressly stated in these Terms. It is important to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if there are any issues.

Promotions:

Lovella Jewelry occasionally offers special promotions and discounts, which are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions are not cumulative and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Text Messages:

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated marketing messages from Lovella Jewelry. These messages may include updates, promotions, and information related to your orders. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.

User-Generated Content:

By posting content on Lovella Jewelry’s platforms, such as reviews, comments, or photos, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any form of media. We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at our discretion, without notice.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the use of our websites or purchases made through Lovella Jewelry will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Some exceptions apply, as outlined in these Terms.

Changes to Terms:

Lovella Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review them regularly. Your continued use of our site signifies your acceptance of any changes made.

Social Media Integration:

Any social media features integrated into Lovella Jewelry’s websites are governed by the terms and conditions of those social media platforms. Lovella Jewelry is not responsible for the data collected by these platforms.
